Based on information provided to Goran’s Winners during the registration and payment process, Goran’s Winners has determined that you are to be billed in advance by Goran’s Winners for the subscription offered by Goran’s Winners. Before the subscription is made available to your use, you must accept the terms of business as presented, or the agreement shall terminate. Payments shall be made by any methods or payment processor as available on Goran’s Winners website, goranswinners.com. Goran’s Winners is not responsible for any payments made not directly linked to a subscription.

Goran’s Winners provides its customers with alerts about new information through email and SMS messages. The messages are provided with no guarantee of delivery, though, as there are third parties included in the process. Customer understands that it is not technically possible to ensure the delivery of Goran’s Winners Picks. New information notifications are provided free of charge by Goran’s Winners voluntarily and the notification service can be stopped at any time.

Any information made available by Goran’s Winners is for your information only and anyone deciding to bet upon our opinion does so at their own risk. Goran’s Winners cannot be held responsible or liable for any loss for the customer whatsoever, either direct or indirect. This includes losses based fully or partly on the advice and products of Goran’s Winners.

Goran’s Winners is a subscription service which is prepaid by one of the payment methods described at on our websites.Cancellation of your subscription immediately results in the forfeiture of services from Goran's Winners for the balance of the subscribed month.If you decide to prolong the subscription period, your subscription is subject to the new relationship with Goran’s Winners in means of actual price and terms of conditions applied.

Goran’s Winners can cancel subscription and product purchases at any given time, without prior notice or reason for the cancellation. Cancellation can be caused by, but not limited to, failure to comply with Goran’s Winners terms of business, third party sanctions, and/or changes in the industry. In the event of cancellation on the part of Goran’s Winners, the customer will get a refund on the remaining amounts minus expenses. Goran’s Winners cannot be held responsible nor liable to any losses, directly or indirectly linked to the cancellation. The payment set forward for each subscription does not include any sales, use, excise, value-added or any other and/or similar taxes, which taxes are the responsibility of the customer. In case customer resides in European Union, he can be charged for value added tax or other eventual taxes. In that case, customer is informed in advance that this tax will be required.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change. The changes take effect once updated at the Goran’s Winners website.

The customer must at all times comply with existing laws, rules and regulations insofar as relevant, directly or indirectly, to the use of any service and in the relationship with Goran’s Winners.
